Science Square is an 18-acre multi-phase development that encompasses residential units, retail, restaurants, and more than 1.8 million square feet of lab and office spaces. The first phase consisted of a Mixed-Use Residential development including science labs, a 364,000 square foot lab/office tower and High-Street Residential’s 280-unit residential building. Essayon built the five-story stick-framed residential section of the building. Science Square was a massive project that intimidated many superintendents, but just as our name and the philosophy behind our company stands to “Let Us Try” and succeed where all others fail, our experienced team of professionals got in and got the work done delivering the quality that Brasfield & Gorrie as repeat clients has come to be accustomed to from our company.
