As a Safety Manager, you will ensure all employees at Essayon complete their work in a safe manner and have great communication and critical thinking skills. The Safety Manager sets safety standards for the workplace based on legal requirements and trains employees to help them understand these rules and have a great understanding of how the machinery and other equipment operates. The Safety Coordinator will also monitor working conditions and resolve any safety issues that may arise.

Assistant Superintendent

The Assistant Superintendent will assist with oversight of the development of multi-family projects and provide accurate and complete day-to-day updates to leadership on the progression of the project. Required skills include a thorough knowledge of construction methods and materials as well as a strong ability to interpret plans and specifications. The Superintendent also takes full control of the field operations, running the schedule, pushing the project team, coordinating subcontractors, and constructing a qualified building on time and under budget. Must be comfortable working with managing and managing workers across diverse disciplines and skillset to build cohesive, capable teams.
Role and Responsibilities
- Proven track record of working on a variety of commercial, and light industrial construction projects.
