The Sheridan is an independent living, assisted living memory care community in Snellville, GA. With a total area of about 236,000 sq. ft., the property consists of 32 independent living cottages, 90 independent living suites, 60 assisted living units, and 32 memory care units. Essayon delivered as the wood framing specialty contractor on this project for Whiting-Turner Contracting Company. This project serves as a testament to our name, Essayon, which means "Let Us Try".
