Morehouse School Of Medicine included site work associated with the construction of a five-story residential building, office/retail area, 4.5 level parking deck, a surface parking lot and associated site improvements. Essayon performed the wood framing scope of the project stick framing the 5-story residential building consisting of 187 units. Through our rigorous and detailed preconstruction, we were able to get ahead of many potential issues in construction protecting the schedule and budget of the project.
