The Front Porch, an innovative three-story mixed-use development slated for completion in early 2024. This project uniquely incorporates existing retail structures into its design, preserving the character of the area while introducing modern amenities. The Front Porch will offer 34 apartment units, ranging from one to three bedrooms, and will feature dynamic restaurant and retail spaces on the first floor. Covering approximately 100,000 square feet, the development will also include a significant portion of affordable housing units. Essayon framed the wooden structure of this project.
