The Aspen Heights Student Housing Development is a six-story apartment build out located in the proximity of Georgia State University. At 310,000 sq. ft. and offering 676 beds, Essayon framed the five stories above the pre-cast parking deck. As typical with student housing projects, Essayon faced a tight schedule with the constraint of time, but through open communication, utilizing our trusted vendors, and effective project management we were able to complete this project on schedule and under budget.
